I’ve always told myself I should document my accomplishments, but being an introvert usually wins out. Today, I'm overstepping that instinct. Looking back, it's been 11 years since my last post—a literal lifetime of change.
I’ve spent the last decade navigating a wild career path, moving from the creative world of gaming into education, then the fast-paced oil and gas industry, and finally landing in healthcare. It’s been a journey of constant adaptation.
That theme of adaptation carried over into my personal life, too. I’ve recently moved into a new relationship. It started as a casual friendship for over a year, but three months ago, we decided to make it official. Moving from total independence to a committed partnership was a big shift, but it’s one I’m proud we navigated together.
I'm keeping this blog now as a diary for "future me." Thanks for being part of the journey.
I know this is just the tip of the iceberg—if I tried to cover everything from the last 11 years, this post would be a full-length novel. For now, let’s call this the ‘re-introduction.’ My goal is to show up here more consistently (ideally daily!) to fill in the blanks and share what’s next
